At DOVART, we stand by the quality of our products and aim to ensure your complete satisfaction. If for any reason you're not fully satisfied with your purchase, you may request a return or exchange within 40 days of receiving your order.

This policy is provided in accordance with UK consumer protection law, as DOVART is a UK-registered business. We ship exclusively to customers in the United States.

1. Return Conditions

  • Be unused, unwashed, and in its original condition.
  • Include original packaging, accessories, and tags.
  • Be free from damage, stains, pet hair, or odors.

2. How to Request a Return or Exchange

To initiate a return or exchange:

  • Email support@dovart.com within 40 days of receiving your order.
  • Include your order number and reason for return.
  • We will respond with instructions and next steps.

3. Refunds

Once your return is received and inspected, we will notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.

  • Approved refunds will be processed to your original payment method within 14 business days.
  • Shipping costs (including outbound and return shipping) are non-refundable.
  • You are responsible for paying for your own return shipping.

Partial refunds may apply for:

  • Items not in original condition.
  • Returns missing parts, packaging, or accessories.

4. Exchanges
