We currently ship exclusively to the United States.
2. Do you offer free shipping?
Yes! All orders include Free Premium Shipping via DHL Express.
3. How long will my order take to arrive?
Orders are processed in 1–2 business days. Delivery takes 3–6 business days. Personalized items may take longer.
4. Will I receive tracking info?
Yes, tracking is emailed once your item ships. It becomes active within 24 hours.
5. What’s your return policy?
We offer a 40-Day Return Guarantee. Items must be unused and in original packaging.
6. How do I initiate a return?
Contact us at support@dovart.com with your order number. We’ll send return instructions.
7. Do I pay for return shipping?
Yes. You are responsible for return shipping costs. Shipping fees are non-refundable unless the item is defective or incorrect.
8. Can I cancel or modify my order?
Orders can be modified or cancelled before processing. Email support@dovart.com quickly after placing your order.
9. What if I receive a damaged or wrong item?
Contact us within 5 days. We’ll replace or refund the item at no cost to you.
10. Can I return customized items?
Customized items are non-returnable unless damaged or defective upon arrival.

Yes. Payments are securely processed via Shopify Payments and PayPal. We do not store card details.
