Shipping Method: Free Premium Shipping (via DHL Express): Estimated delivery in 3–6 business days after dispatch.

Processing Time: Orders are processed within 1–2 business days. No processing or shipping occurs on weekends or public holidays. For customized items, lead time may extend up to 2–3 weeks.

8. Returns and Refunds

We offer a Guaranteed 40-Day Return Period for most products. If you are not satisfied with your order, you can request a return or exchange within 40 days of receiving it.

Shipping costs (including original shipping to you and return shipping) are non-refundable.
